IBC’s primary mission is to empower youth and families to meet their goals, promote healthy systems of support, and to allow children and families to live safely in the least restrictive environment possible. Through the provision of high-quality, individualized support services, we aim to prevent the unnecessary institutionalization of children and adults with disabilities.
